Ms. Jennifer Ricciardi has been of working in the international human resources arena for many years.  As president of an executive search firm for five years, she knows first hand how important the first impression is.  Most recently she was president of a company that facilitated the recruitment and   documentation of a legal international workforce. 
Her background in international relations helped acculturate foreign workers to the U.S. job market and lifestyle, as well as educating U.S. companies about the dynamics of international employees.  Her years working as a career counselor started her in the direction of helping her clients polish their image. She is now putting these experiences together to assist her clients in gaining the competitive edge in their educational, career and social pursuits.  Her presentation style makes the topics, fun, enjoyable and rewarding.
Along with her original certification to teach etiquette by the prestigious International School of Protocol in Maryland, she has developed coursework in executive presentation, and power postures.  She holds two Bachelor of Arts Degrees from Stony Brook University in New York and is a military spouse.
